Leadership and team development events on land and sea, tailored to your company’s training objectives. These range from an evening at a local climbing wall, to three day development centres in a mountainous region of the UK. Much more than simple team building, we combine organisational psychology theory, practical exercises and reflective learning, as powerful way to draw out and demonstrate positive organisational behaviours. For Fun

We are passionate about adventure, and about sharing it with you. Sailing from various bases on the South and East Coast, we offer anything from a weekend’s coastal cruising, to challenging, long-distance passages to Europe and beyond. Our mountain activity ranges from fully supported guided walks to expeditionary adventures, as well as more adrenaline fuelled fun such as climbing, caving and gorge walking.
